4.2 Deposit Rules

5.4 Promotional Changes

kjaya9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to a promotion will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account under the terms of the original promotion, provided those funds have not yet expired.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kjaya9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age or if gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: download, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the Platform; create derivative works based on any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform; or use any Platform content for commercial purposes without the express written consent of kjaya9.

Game content — including slot titles, live dealer interfaces, and sports betting interfaces — is provided under licence from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 9.1 Termination by kjaya9

kjaya9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if kjaya9 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) the player has provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) regulatory or legal obligations require the account to be closed; or (e) continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to kjaya9.

In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, kjaya9 may freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation clears the account, the balance will be released and the account reinstated or closed in accordance with the player's wishes.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your kjaya9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed, and your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be voided at closure. Account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion programme are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your licence to access and use the Platform is revoked immediately. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and kjaya9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
